This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid an extra $19.95 for "next day delivery" for my plano lens glasses, only to find out hours later it would take "3 business days," and my package wasn't delivered until six days later! This blatant misrepresentation and the complete lack of human customer service left me utterly frustrated, compelling me to try and reach someone to discuss a refund for a service never rendered.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery on my order, but it's clear it won't be delivered next day. I want a refund for that $19.95 fee. CS Rep: I understand your frustration with the delivery timeline. Let me check your order details for you. Customer: It's not just frustration; it's being charged for a service that wasn't provided. The website promised next-day, and now it's going to be almost a week. CS Rep: I see that your order was placed on the 18th and delivered on the 24th. While we strive for accuracy, unforeseen delays can sometimes occur. I will certainly submit a request to our billing department regarding the next-day delivery fee. Customer: "Unforeseen delays" for plano lenses and a 6-day delivery when I paid for next-day? I expect a refund for that specific charge, not just a submission.
