My Online Glasses Nightmare: 19 Days, No Vision! 😤🚫
Let me share a terrible online shopping experience, hoping my story serves as a warning. I desperately needed new glasses because my old ones broke, so I ordered on March 30th and even paid for 3-5 day express shipping. But this company is terrible. Day 5 rolled around, and my order was still in production. Day 10, still in production. By Day 11, I had to call to ask for a shipping refund, which they processed, seemingly doing it all the time. But even with that, my glasses were STILL 6 days out on delivery. It’s now Day 19, and I have no glasses! I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service because no one seems to care about their customers.
Customer: I'm calling about order [Order Number]. I paid for 3-5 day express shipping over two weeks ago, and my glasses are still listed as "in production." I'm completely without vision, this is unacceptable!
CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the significant delay and the inconvenience this has caused, especially since you paid for express shipping. I see your order is currently estimated to ship within the next 2-3 business days.
